Crypto exchange Binance has announced its expansion of the Gift Card options.
The crypto exchange disclosed that it introduced Gift Cards in 2021 to enable users to send crypto as gifts in a non-traditional way. Binance continued to say that since then, gift cards experienced a serious increase in demand. Over 1.8 million Gift Cards were traded in the period between July 2021 and October of this year.
This year, Binance chose to expand its selection of Gift Cards to showcase 238+ distinctive designs with a holiday theme. Besides this, Binance announced that it will host several promo events which include several Mystery Boxes and a Secret Santa promo with over USD 70,000 in rewards.
The cryptocurrency exchange disclosed that the Secret Santa event will the 28th of December 2022 and fresh users can receive 36,000 NUE (New User Exclusive) Gift Cards for up to USD 5. Recipients of these gift cards will be randomly selected, 6,000 fresh users will receive USD 5 each, 10,000 users will obtain USD 2 each, and 20,000 users will collect USD 1 each.
Winning users can claim their prizes through the Binance website or app. To retrieve the Gift Cards, winners must go to the official Gift Card site on the Binance platform.
