Singapore-based Web3 data company Treehouse has made a strategic move by acquiring NFT analytics platform Origins, enhancing its NFT product portfolio.
Treehouse has recently announced its acquisition of Origins Analytics, an NFT data analysis platform that leverages both on-chain and off-chain data. This intellectual property acquisition will see the founding team of Origins, which successfully raised $4 million in funding last year, joining Treehouse.
The collaboration aims to provide a range of services, including an algorithmically tagged NFT wallet notification system, NFT analytics bots, and an NFT wallet profiling API, thereby bolstering Treehouse’s capabilities in the NFT analytics domain. Treehouse made significant strides in 2021, securing $18 million in a seed round, with investments from prominent backers such as Lightspeed, MassMutual, Binance, Mirana, LeadBlock, Jump, GSR, and Wintermute. The company is actively exploring opportunities for further mergers and acquisitions.
Brandon Goh, CEO of Treehouse, expressed enthusiasm for the move into NFT analytics, highlighting Treehouse’s commitment to expansion, even in challenging market conditions. Goh noted, “Despite the bear market, Treehouse is expanding and is actively looking to acquire synergetic businesses.”
